We are video inspection specialists: Don't buy a house without a video inspection of the sewer line!!! We recommend a video inspection on all houses. We run a cable with a camera head on the end and we can see the inside of the sewer pipes. This tells us if the sewer line is in good condition or if the sewer line is separated, trapped, etc. If buying a house, you would want to know if the sewer line under the slab is in good condition. This is a costly repair if there are problems under the slab. Finding out about the problem before you buy the house, could save you plenty of money.
